Our Story

In 2021, a group of professionals from diverse fields came together with a shared vision: to revolutionize access and payment solutions through innovative QR code technology. Driven by our collective expertise and passion for innovation, we founded QROpen with the goal of making seamless, contactless access a reality for businesses worldwide. Starting with an idea, we have grown into a company committed to enhancing business efficiency and customer convenience, with the hope of becoming a global leader in access solutions.

Chief Executive Officer, CEO

Mr. Nguyen, Ngoc Nha Nam

Mr. Nguyen is a C-Level executive who served as CEO from 2015 and CTO from 2017. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Wroclaw, Poland 2011. He holds a proven track record in development of IT, communication products and services, bringing them from planning stage to successful completion. Experienced as Chief Architect for architecture definition and in establishing the process of managing multi-discipline design teams. He was responsible for building the technical foundation of the project.

Chief Operations/HR Officer, COO

Jane Xu Xiaojie

HR executive with deep knowledge in business strategy and organizational growth development. Managed merger & acquisition projects and developed leadership programs for managers. More than 20 years of professional experience with many multi-national companies, familiar with multi-culturalism in the workplace. She is a holder of a Law degree from Jiangxi Science and Technology University (1998-2002) will play a key role in the business operations, regulatory and personnel management.

Chief Client Management Officer (CCMO)

Mr. Co Van Ten

Experienced hospitality specialist and team leader with a demonstrated track record of over 20 years working in the business travel & tourism industry. Fostered long lasting relationships with customers,vendors and travel organizations. Successfully served over 500 Vietnamese high net-worth/VIP tourists per year, or over 6,000 clients over the last 14 years. Was responsible for client retention by maintaining relationships and identifying additional opportunities with existing clients. Earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Tourism and Tour Operators from Hanoi Open University – Hanoi, Vietnam (1996-2001).

Chief Marketing Officer, CMO

Ms. Huyen Hoa Van

Ms. Van is a seasoned marketing and sales executive who has owned and operated an advertising company since 2018. She has been instrumental in successful deployment and implementation of marketing and sales plans for her clients. In addition to her entrepreneurial skills she held key managerial positions in Real Estate development company and NGO. All of the above contributed to her expertise in project development, business planning, market research and feasibility studies as well as execution of strategic marketing campaigns.

Ms. Van holds Has a Bachelor of Science in Pedagogy and has completed various professional training courses in project and risk management. She was recognized by Red Cross Organization for her work as Field Project Officer.
